These services range from creating job descriptions to developing electronic posting materials and creating screening tools. Candidate Generation We can help you find passive candidates (those currently employed and not seeking a new opportunity) or active candidates that are currently looking for employment. For passive candidates, we can simply provide you with a contact list of possibilities that are based on our research. Or, through our proactive direct candidate generation we reach out to select candidates and send you a complete list of pre-qualified and screened candidates. For active candidates, we mine online databases and other resources and we post your position on employment sites, job boards, professional association sites and industry sites. Candidate Qualification We help you turn candidates into employees by reviewing resumes, conducting phone or in-person interviews, screening candidates and providing an overall assessment. Hiring Process Coordination We can make the hiring process go smoothly by handling all of the administration and paperwork that surrounds it.
