Knowing that friends and associates were handled professionally and fairly has contributed to a significant number of employees making referrals. | Working hand in hand with the client, we developed a process for employees to submit referrals directly to The Grapevine Group. Once referred, candidates go through the same telephone screening process as those found through other recruiting sources. After screening and reference checks are complete, employee-referred candidates are submitted for final interviews with the client. To encourage referrals and promote the fairness of the process, referring employees are made aware of the candidate's status after the initial screening. |
